How does StoX work?

Step 1 - choose a transaction type

In the first step, the user gets prompted to choose a transaction type. This can be one of the following

  • Incoming goods
  • Outgoing goods
  • Internal transfers
  • Checking inventory
  • ...

Step 2 - scan the order

Once the transaction type is specified, the accompanying order note can be scanned. In this way, StoX knows what goods to expect.

Step 3 - scan the goods

In the final step, the user scans all goods of interest. For every good an amount can be specified.

Once all goods are scanned, the data will be crossreferenced with the order data and any occuring anomalies will be reported.

Upon confirming, the scanned data will be communicated with the ERP.
